Соціальна згуртованість суспільства: теорія і практика

Анотація
Мета дослідження – визначити основні елементи соціальної згуртованості суспільства, що опосередковують єднання.
Методологія. Метааналіз теоретичних і політичних джерел як систематичний огляд та об'єднання актуальної інформації використано для конкретизації теоретичного змісту й особливостей практичного застосування в науковій і політичній площині концепції соціальної згуртованості.
Результати. Розглянуто стратегії впровадження наукової концепції соціальної згуртованості в політичну площину сучасної Європи. Описано розгортання в політичному дискурсі України концепції соціальної згуртованості згідно з територіальними і національними особливостями держави, актуальними викликами сьогодення. Незважаючи на варіативність конструктів досліджуваного концепту, виявлено збіги щодо його вимірів та основних елементів у політичному дискурсі Ради Європи, Європейського Союзу, Світового банку та базових теоретичних концепціях академічного дискурсу. З’ясовано, що соціальну згуртованість розглядають переважно у трьох аспектах єднання суспільств: культурно-територіальному, державно-управлінському та соціального капіталу; елементи вимірів соціальної згуртованості можна класифікувати за характеристикою відносин у суспільстві, характером прояву, сферами діяльності, розташуванням у просторі, характером відносин і взаємодій.
Висновки. Формування стратегій єднання й упровадження в політику сучасної Європи концепції згуртованості реалізується політичними мегаа́кторами і макроа́кторами для підвищення стійкості суспільств до соціальних конфліктів. Якість життя як в академічному, так і в політичному дискурсі не вважається показником соціальної згуртованості суспільства, тоді як метою політики гуртування є поліпшення добробуту – надання прав і рівних можливостей громадянам.
Перспективи досліджень полягають в емпіричному вивченні проблеми соціальної згуртованості, що, поза сумнівом, сприятиме концептуальній ясності щодо змістовності досліджуваного феномену, (дез)інтеграційних процесів, які вирують у суспільстві, і перспектив та наслідків гуртування.
