Psychohygiene practices as part of the healthy lifestyle of the personality during the war

Abstract
Actuality. A full-scale war was a collective trauma for the Ukrainian people. The number of traumatic experiences is extraordinary. Ukrainians live in a state of prolonged traumatization, as military operations and the occupation of a certain part of the country continue. Psychohygiene practices are among key aspects of healthy life practices. In stressful situations, such everyday routines allow you to maintain a sense of stability and at least partial control over your life, which contributes to the restoration of subjectivity and faith in your own strength.
The purpose of the article is to determine main groups of psychohygiene practices that are essentials for individuals during the war to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Methods and methodology. Analysis and systematization of theoretical and empirical developments in the field of psychohygiene and psychohygiene practices in the field of formation of healthy lifestyle of the individual during the war.
The results. The concept of personal psychohygiene practice is defined. The structure of psychohygiene practices is defined: 1) physical psychohygiene (adequate practices of sleep, nutrition, exercise, water procedures; 2) informational psychohygiene (media self-restrictions, conscious choice of content); 3) communicative hygiene (self-restraint in communication, both online and offline); 4) mental psychohygiene (prayers, meditations, visualizations, breathing practices, narrative practices, physical practices); 5) recreational practices (play activities, entertainment, humor, including black humor).
Prospects for further research are related to the recognition of the strategic importance of the topic of psychological hygiene during the war for the entire state, especially for those people who are working with people. In future, we plan to study those psychohygiene practices that people already use, and accordingly highlight the best practices and effective practices in our areas.
