Abstract

Urgency. The article describes the technology for creating a safe, educational environment. The technology is based on the idea of an organizational and activity design. The author describes constructing a physically and psychologically safe educational environment.


The present paper aims to propose technology for developing security projects and programs in the educational environment.


Results. The author argues that a safety program or project should be developed for each educational institution and cannot simply be "transferred" from one educational institution to another. The idea of developing projects and programs for a safe, educational environment in three areas is substantiated: preventive work, actions (algorithms of actions) during an emergency, and work with consequences of emergencies. It is claimed that the working group should include 1) representatives of the administration of the educational institution and representatives of the territorial community, 2) teachers and psychologists of the educational institution, 3) students of senior classes or students of higher education institutions and 4) parents if we are talking about schoolchildren. Six technological steps for developing security projects and programs are proposed: 1) project start; 2) "acquaintance"; 3) identification of risks and problems; 4) construction of the desired future; 5) search for resources; 6) design and launch. The goals and content of work and actions for each step are substantiated. A system of principles is proposed that will allow optimizing the process of relevant creative developments: 1) the principle of partnership, 2) the principle of mutual development, 3) the principle of psychological protection of the individual, 4) the principle of the value of the individual, 5) the principle of uniqueness, 6) the principle of comprehensiveness of assessment, 7) the principle mini-max, 7) the principle of mutual responsibility. It is emphasized that the proposed technology can be applied to developing a wide range of issues and not only creating a safe environment in an educational institution or community.
