The thematic issue considers the prospects and tasks of Ukraine's post-war reconstruction in its scientific, cultural-historical, and political integration into a united Europe space. Authors study the problems of overcoming collective and individual traumas and producing socio-psychological support for traumatized persons, considering the European experience. They also discuss possibilities of managing images of the post-war future with the help of tools of participatory foresighting, media education, and media creativity. The psychological aspects and regularities of such social practices as destigmatization, development of civic competence, competition of problems in public arenas, and value aspects of political interaction are revealed. Particular attention authors pay to measuring and preventing fascism, authoritarianism, and totalitarianism in society.
